Dubai thrash metallers Prosecuted release debut album Emancipation Through Violence

The eight-track debut from the UAE thrash metal band arrives after years of work, delays and setbacks dating back almost to the band's formation.

Dubai thrash metallers Prosecuted have released their debut album, Emancipation Through Violence, independently on 21 August 2026.

Formed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 2022, Emancipation Through Violence is the band’s first full-length release and features eight tracks.

The record has been in development for much of Prosecuted’s existence, with the band explaining that its completion was delayed by a number of setbacks over the years.

The band commented: “The day is finally here! Emancipation Through Violence is out on all platforms. This album has been in the works for almost as long as the band has been around. We’ve had a lot of delays and setbacks over time, but we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. There’s still a lot more to come.”

Emancipation Through Violence is out now on digital platforms.
